Blue Ridge Cafe & Catering

Just ordered carne asada to go. The Carne asada was the thickness of thick lunch meat, probably 1/8" thick. Seriously? This is supposed to be a steak around 1" thick. It was also cooked until it was as dry as shoe leather. And where were the spices that carne asada is supposed to have? It was bland and entirely subpar. I won't be returning. Food quality was bad.

We recently moved to Ruckersville and one of our first dining experiences was at Blue Ridge Cafe. The service is stellar! Everyone is so friendly! The menu is extensive- something for everyone. The food comes to the table at the perfect temperature and is exceptional. I personally have had the Monte Cristo sandwich and the Mediterranean salad...both were very good!! We will be returning regularly and highly recommend!!! Parking: Plenty of parking!!

They had to remake my steak since it was well done but took a long time to replace it. I didn't even want it anymore by the time it came out and informed them. We were still charged for it and had to complain to get just 10% off. If I go back I will not be getting the steak
