Hi. We’re sorry you had such an unpleasant shopping experience in our store. What you saw with the empty box was our "hold one" procedure. We do hold one shoe in the back in some locations, or the shoe may have been on display. Even so, an associate should have been available to assist you with the other shoe to try on. We try to make our customer's shopping experience easy and enjoyable, and we hold our stores to very high standards. In this case, we clearly fell short.
