        SunTrust itself is a good bank. The people are very nice as well. This particular bank in Rocky Mount has the worst drive thru in the world. Very, very and very slow. If there are two more cars in line you will be there a minimum 30 minutes. So, if your in a hurry just drive to the Westlake branch.

        After having a few bad experiences with Member One, I moved to Suntrust and opened a couple accounts with them which I was treated well and helped with any questions I had.

        Absolutely ridiculous to charge 7 dollars to cash a personal SunTrust check. Will be closing my account next week.
