Roanoke Fit Body Boot Camp

Fit body Boot Camp has helped me tremendously in so many ways! I started in the later part of March 2021 and I can’t go a day without the workout! The coaching staff is awesome they push you when needed, they teach you the correct form of an exercise, teach nutrition, and they have helped me to get on the path of a healthy lifestyle. The workouts are not always easy but in the end it’s so rewarding and beneficial! I highly recommend checking it out!

Roanoke FBBC is an awesome fitness community! I've been a member since October 2017 and the 30 minute workouts never cease to be challenging and effective.

Roanoke FBBC is the best! Seriously....it is my happy place. I have received nothing but genuine support and motivation from the coaches, owners, and other fit fam members. I look forward to the days I workout and don’t mind when the alarm goes off!

FBBC is the BEST!!!! The coaches are knowledgeable and they always find ways to give back to the community, which is a huge plus for me!!! All body types and skill levels are made to feel like a powerhouse!!
