Allstate Corporate Office

I am not happy with this company at all. I pray no one does business with them. The whole reason you get homeowners insurance is in the event something goes wrong. We had a fire but they wont replace the damaged items. Things like a sofa or large area rug they are saying needs to be cleaned by a company they choose. Here it was Puroclean. They used harsh chemicals that made me sick. They also made my dogs sick. So sick I had an X-ray of my chest just last week. These people went through my cabinets and drawers and took pictures. They had an air scrubber that put out the smell of wet dog. After that first day I sent them away. Our adjuster never said anything about anything they did or used. She hardly spoke at all and never answered her phone. She returned calls about every 2-3 weeks and it was the same conversation over and over again. I asked what was going on and she hung up on me. Then she hurriedly filed her adjuster letter so it would seem like she had been working. It took weeks and four phone calls to get her boss to call me back. When he did he basically said either Puroclean comes out to clean my sofa and rug or I can just keep them as they are. Would you want them back in your house? Would you want to take that chance and get sick again? Clean up diarrhea and throw up from your precious dogs? No! You wouldnt. I asked for the name of his boss but he said he was out this week. Then he said he could give me the name of his replacement. I asked what it was and he said it was him Brian Boyle. I said I could leave a message and he said he wouldnt call me back. I asked who his boss was and he just laughed. He was a real jerk. I cant wait to never use Allstate again and make sure no one I know does. This will be my mission in life. It isnt right.

literally scammed me $400, Person on phone said to unplug my milewise and ill be paying a flat fee , they lied and next thing i know i was being charged double. I made a file complaint and then basically told me get over it and dameisha was piss poor with figuring it out as she said u were notified we wont be giving u any type of refund even tho I wasnt notified for a minimum of 7 days and got charged double. horrible company

I was rear-ended and injured by an uninsured motorist on 9/18/23. Allstate quickly found a body shop where I could take my car in for repairs the following day, but Caliber Collision stated once I arrived that Allstate canceled the appointment. Caliber had to request my file manually which took 5 days. Then when Caliber tried to get Enterprise Car Rental to confirm my reservation, they discovered it was set at a branch in NC. The accident and repair shop are in VA as am I currently. I am still waiting for a return call/text/email to resolve this matter 9 days after the incident. I do NOT feel like I am IN GOOD HANDS!

Glad im no longer with them. If your in Nc state law says Roadside Assistance must be reimbursed but apparently if you dont have it on your plan, they dont have to reimburse... Also they wont reimburse a payment that was made hoping to keep it from cancelling the account that actually cancelled via they later say that i should have paid it in full not half like i did and cant seem to get in touch with corporate office about it since it forwards you onto the agent you were with
