image Was not happy with the initial paperwork , delays, didn't received's, waiting on's, etc. but once that phase was over, it went smoothly. Overall I am more than happy with my chair, and I dealt with Brandon on the first visit and everything thereafter. He was perfect. Answered every question, walked me through the system and how it worked and my chair came in 3 months before I expected. Thank you, Brandon.

image They will not let you order a part without first having to provide an assessment on weather or not their so called technicians agree when this order. Then and only then will they order it. After a hefty diagnostic fee. Steer clear.

image Absolute vultures,my husband passed away Sept 24 now today they call wanting to pick up his power chair with only a few payments remaining of which should be two and it's not clear they saying 3 or 4 more payments they should have some decency and write it off money hungry company's blow my mind I would never recommend or use this company again especially when he got his chair it was supposed to be paid for then get a paper in mail saying it is being paid on by Medicare for a year before he owns it he would be so upset knowing they are trying to come take his chair hope he haunts each and everyone of you ppl you should be ashamed of yourself wanting to take a dead man's chair that's had a lot of money paid on it I'm sorry your company is so money hungry it doesn't think about the feelings of the ppl who's loved ones used their company
