I visited the Kroger store at Midlothian/I95 Richmond, Va and encountered an employee name (Tunia) who was very rude and spoke to me rudely about the register not giving me a receipt, but instead asked for an associate. As she approached the register, I told her what happened and she replied, “you didn’t pay”. I explained that I put both my pin and my card in the machine and she stated “ you need to pay again”. I replied that I was not going to pay twice and she again stated “you need to pay again” in a way as if she was talking to a child. I asked her who was she talking to like that and if I looked like a child to her. In finishing the transaction, I like my name and number for a manager to call me reference this complaint and this is day 3 and no call. I’m reaching out to corporate to see if I can get results and get this employee dealt with. It’s no excuse for this employee to feel she can talk ti paying customers in this manner, and if I don’t hear from a manager, the whole tree is bad.

Worst store to deal with over digital coupons. Over paid $16 and being on social security I'm tired talking to someone in Malaysia

Why is it your shopping carts are in such bad shape. Takes 10 minutes to find one that rolls right or is not rusted out. I will not shop your store if I have trouble getting around with a cart. Also halothe time you can't find one in the store because no one has got them from outside. Generally I like the store,but can shop at other places.

I visited 7 Kroger stores in Roanoke and Rocky Mount Va looking for 2 liter bottles of Big K, Diet, Lemon-Lime sodas. Non in stock. I called the manager at Rocky and he told me that the warehouse decides what he gets. That is a bad inventory system. I asked if I could special order some and he said again that his warehouse controls his orders. I tried calling the corporate iffice at two different numbers and only got busy signals.

The registers failed to deduct the digital coupons on several items. The customer service rep did not handle the situation professionally. I am a senior citizen and I had to go back in store. Tims Place Kroger, in my opinion, is pathetic. I had to go through too many unpleasant things. I will be shopping at Food Lion. My blood pressure is sky high. Too stressful dealing with Kroger and digital coupons and unprofessional staff.
