        I have worked with Dr. Skinners practice since I opened my own practice in Botetourt County back in 2008. I can report with 100% honesty that his patients love and respect him. He provides thoughtful and ethical care to the members of our community. This is not a dentist who carries around a hammer, looking for nails. He provides care when it is needed and the care he recommends is personalized and with the patients best interest in mind. No person or office is perfect all of the time, but Dr. Skinner is one of the good guys you can trust with your teeth :-)

        PROS: In office discounts (no insurance, no problem) Wonderful staff Compassionate Dentist. Fixed prices! No surprise price adjustments! CONS: They don't pull teeth. Aren't flexible with appointment time/day It's a wonderful and honest practice, I highly recommend it.
