I have to say that the store in Folkston Georgia is one of the best of any brand in the region. Costumer service is exemplary. The manager ( Joseph) went well far and beyond to help a family that broke down. At the state line. I stopped to help them. Took them to the store and he achieved the impossible. He got a part for them that was very hard to find. I won't go into lengthy details. But Joseph got what they needed. Enough said.

Great company but cant pay their employees what theyre worth Jan of 2023 they want to start someone with 4 plus years experience at 9.50- 11.50 an hour completely sad!

In mid July, 2021 I wrote a friendly letter to Advance Auto corporate HQ detailing failed transactions I'd had with two local stores. Out of four first and only online transactions I made with Advance recently, two went bad. The problems occurred at the local stores. I gave corporate all my contact information but never heard back. I assume the auto parts biz is hugely competitive and such stores would strive for at least "good" customer service. In the case of Advance I may be wrong. Jeff W. Charleston SC.
