I took my Honda Pilot to Roanoke Wreck Repair recently to get a estimate for repair after someone backed into it in the parking lot at work. I was greeted by shop manager Mitch Whatley and he was very polite and professional. He assessed the damage, took photos and could have easily talked me into a fairly expensive repair, but he didn't. Instead, he said let's try something. He grabbed a bottle of rubbing compound and went to work. He took care of nearly all the damage and told me I could bring it back in warmer weather and he would hit it with touch up paint. All for no charge. I appreciate the honesty and integrity he showed in steering me away from a repair that would have been over $700 for minor damage because of the nature of the repair. While the shop could have made money, they chose integrity over profit so that tells me how they would treat my vehicle or anyone else's when it comes through their doors. Oh and by the way the estimate they gave me beat a competitors price. I would recommend Roanoke Wreck Repair to anyone! Service: Body & Trim
