Crawlspace Medic of Richmond

My experience with Crawlspace Medic was awesome! I filled out the form online to be contacted for a free estimate and they called me back in less than 20 minutes which was amazing - I was thinking it might not even be until the next day. They were able to come to my house the very next day and fix my issue. They were friendly, efficient, responsive, and so easy to deal with. I plan to use them any time I need help with anything having to do with my crawlspace.

Eric with crawl space medics is an outstanding Inspector, but even more is a kind and compassionate human. Eric was able to tell very quickly the litany of issues in my house, that I thought indicated terrifying structural issues, were in fact not that. He provided honest feedback, and he did not try to sell me things that I did not need, and he still took time to listen to ALL of my concerns. He patiently looked at each concern and went above and beyond explaining why my aged house flooring was moving, and there were cracks in the walls (including hand drawn pictures, and explanations at my level of understanding.) I was so relieved, after this free inspection for his help. I truly appreciate that he did not try to take advantage of me for my lack of knowledge, fear, or being a woman as many contractors will try to do. Eric treated me like a valued customer, and like family. I highly recommend Eric and Crawl Space Medics.

We were at a loss as to how we should proceed to correct an issue in our crawlspace. Eric was able to assess our crawlspace and come up with a terrific solution. We highly recommend him to anyone who needs honest advice.
