Daryl and Christina in the sales department did a fantastic job. From accurate information on the website to accommodations with an extended test drive for a few hours, they were welcoming, professional and courteous. Very nice experience.
I already know this dealership from my long standing relationship with the service department on another vehicle. Top notch all around!

I took my Volvo there for body work, which was supposed to take three to five days. We are going on five weeks, that's five weeks without a vehicle for me. I believe it's because they estimated the job inaccurately to begin with, and they outsource the work (which I didn't know). Communication has been poor. If I ever get my car back, I won't use this shop again.

I was debating selling my Volvo because of the terrible customer service received at other Volvo locations. Even the purchase experience was horrendous where I purchased. I recently moved to Richmond and decided to try Volvo of Richmond. Shad has been there for me on multiple occasions. He is an amazing service representative. He has gone above and beyond. I cannot say enough about his service. I have had 2 instances where I had to come in unplanned and he accommodated me and made sure every thing was good himself before returning the vehicle to me. Thank You! for being someone I can trust, and always being polite and professional.
