Got my Prius inspected today! Warning.wear your artic wear! It is absolutely FREEZING in the waiting area! McGeorge also used to complete a multipoint inspection and print out a three page list of suggested services. I dont know if Ourisman did it because I got no suggestions that the vehicle needed anything done.

Very disappointed for this location very rude customer service not respect any customer at all I went over there I meet with the Manager called Chris he is very rude I cant believe he is the manager doesnt have respect patient not professional at all how this is store under Toyota overall price for used car

Richard was a huge reason I got a 2022 Toyota Corolla from this location. This was my first experience shopping for a car and Richard was so patient with me. He answered all of my questions and ensured I was satisfied. I never felt pressured, and that was my biggest worry. Instead, Richard informed me on the car and broke down the benefits which lead me to my final decision. The whole team is great, but shout out to Richard for his time and dedication.

Last service on my maintenance contract which includes oil change, Tire rotation, etc. Service was scheduled one week in advance yet after dropping off my truck in the morning it was not serviced until the following day. I was told to come get the truck at 5pm on drop day. Couldn't get anyone on the phone and no one called me so I show up at 530 pm on drop day to be told that my truck has not been serviced yet and that it will be serviced first thing in the morning and should be ready by 10am. Long story short I got my truck back around 5pm the next day and after driving home looked at the truck (I know my wheels) and realized that the tire rotation hadn't been done at all!!! I do want to note the cashier was a very pleasant older woman and I wish I'd gotten her name. If she was being reviewed I would give her a 5 star rating because she was great. But as a whole the experience there is bad. Not fulfilling paid for services as a business is a shameful practice and this should be checked. Just going to buy some jack stands and rotate the tires myself. That way I know the service is actually done. As a matter of fact I'm going to double check everything to be sure my oil wasn't just topped off. Update: Received a response from Toyota claiming I would be contacted regarding my experience...That was weeks ago...
