Giovanni is a great manager. Food servers were great but waitress was not good at all. I had to ask her everytime I needed a refill or anything. Had no soda just tea. No one told us when we made our reservation. I had to ask the hostess for my check because the waitress never came back to my table. She then came over and asked how was everything I told her I never got items I asked for... but I told her I'd like my check. She said ohh I'm sorry, she then left and came back and said you can't have ur check until I take ur plates. I said ok and I handed her my party of 5 plates. She then left and then went to the table right next to me and started speaking to them with my check in her hand. I just looked at her in awe because she had my check in her hand and made me wait again. She then came to me and handed me my check ($200.00) and I just put the cash on the table and walked out. I called to complain because I didn't want to make a scene. I spoke to Giovanni and he apologized many times and said he hopes I come back. He then called me back 10 minutes later and gave me his personal phone number. I told him I maybe will return but probably not any time soon. Vegetarian options: Had a huge salad bar. Kid-friendliness: Was ok but more of a adult scene. Parking: Was plenty of parking Wheelchair accessibility: Was able to get in.
