Henrico Roofing

7/9/2021 Update: Still nothing after a few promises of replacing the broken window. Will be getting our own quotes and asking for reimbursement at this point, which will be followed by legal action if not agreed. Sheer ignorance of a problem is not a solution. I'll start by saying the roof work they did was fine. However, in the process they chipped one of the windows below the gutter with the ladder, no big deal, but after multiple calls and promises to come back to replace it, nobody has shown up. I have also never received a copy of the warranty or contract because "they're held by a third party". That is absolute BS. Sounds suspiciously like they don't guarantee their work and are trying to cover their tracks. There are plenty of other upstanding roofers to use. Don't use these people. Edit: They are not working with us in any fashion to resolve the issue per their response. Every time they have set a date for the fix has resulted in a no-call no-show. Service: Roof repair

I had two residential buildings that required a complete tear-off and re-roof. Henrico Roofing’s bid was very competitive. I had several bids but each roofing company had slightly different approach to the job. After asking many questions, I became convinced that Henrico really understood what they were doing and they had a great understanding of roof systems. Once the job began, their workers were very neat and took time to clean things up at the end of each day. They completed the jobs on time and did a great job of cleaning up the entire site when the jobs were finished. I'm VERY happy with the quality of work they did and would whole-heartedly recommend them to anyone who needs a roof job.

I was referred to these guys by a friend. The workers are very professional, and courteous. Answered all my questions, and quick to reply. No complaints.

When the other company was a no call, no show, I reached out to Henrico. I received an estimate the same day and 2 days later, the job was complete. Henrico is a great company with great people. 10/10, will use again.

I've had my new roof from these guys for about a little bit more than six months and what a difference it makes on the heat inside the house. Great group of professionals that did a great job in a fairly short period of time.
