Great restaurant and good food. Awesome service! We had our infant with us so the waitress moved us to a private room. It was a. it pricey for the quality which is why I rate only 4 stars.

Myself and a good friend traveled to Richmond (from Hampton Roads) to visit the Virginia Museum of Fine Arts and afterwards took a stroll for a few blocks --only to discover this jewel of a restaurant! I ordered a Pinot Noir, Italian-style meatballs made with Lamb and Ricotta and topped it off afterwards with the most delicious Beignets I've ever eaten!
The wait staff was pleasant and attentive, the chef was very skilled, and the restaurant was cozy. I'd recommend this restaurant if you like a delightful and warm environment with thoughtfully prepared cuisine. It was all delicious! The experience left a lasting impression and both my friend and I cant wait to return!

Just returned from one of the worst experiences in 30 years of Richmond dining. Other groups arriving after us, with obvious relationships with the serving staff (one person), received much better attention than we did. Their orders were taken before we were asked for our selections. They were served and finished their meal and left before we were even served. Two other neglected booths gave up and left. The meals were served cool to warm without apologies. No one at our booth finished their meal and no doggie bags were requested as the meals were mediocre at best. Awful service. Never to return.
