Quaker Steak & Lube - Richmond

The drinks are good. The food is bar food. The people are fun and nice. If you don't ride a bike then you may not find it as fun as someone who is a motorcycle enthusiast. They sometimes have "okay" live music in the parking lot.

This place is a dump. Service was terrible. Waited 30 minutes for cheese fries. I had to wait about 10 minutes for each refill. She made me grab my own plate off of the tray and says, "Be careful, I think it's hot, but I don't know". Ordered the buffalo chicken and Mac n cheese bowl. It tasted like vomit. I would never recommend this place to my worst enemy.

Stood and waited in the lobby for ten minutes, no one came to greet or seat us. Guess I had to find out about all the negative customer service reviews for myself. Off to hooters next door I guess

We went on Friday night 8/29 the place was slow but took over 10 minutes for each refill barterder vault not the server plus half the lights were not worling or poor management for not noticing We will find a new hang out for our weekend trips
