Root Stock Provisions

Vegan Quinoa bowl. Fresh arugula, quinoa, curried chickpeas (#allergygirl had them substituted for plain chick peas), crasians, almonds and house made pita chips. A delicious pomegranate vinaigrette. I added a sweet potato biscuit and it did not disappoint. The only improvement would have been if it had been served warm. The pita chips were a bit over powering. They didn’t complement the delicious flavors in the bowl. So I crushed them up for a more subtle garlic zing. Of course I got a hot tea. My original reason for searching this place out. They have stock tea... nothing special but they have some pretty amazing liquid simple sugars ( vanilla and sugar cookie) and ALMOND milk!!! If you are near it worth a stop!!

Food was fresh and tasty. Staff friendly. Atmosphere was quaint!

Tasty food. I recommend the grits, they're quite unique. The biscuits are usually very good if a little understated, like the sweet potato biscuit. Lastly, I would try whatever handcrafted soda they have at the moment, very good.

Not gonna lie... probably the best breakfast sandwiches I’ve ever had. I would’ve taken a picture, but it looked to good to wait.😂 I got the sweet potato sandwich with sausage, egg, and cheddar.... all I can say is damn. The sausage was amazing, and the biscuit was the best I’ve ever tasted. I will definitely be returning!
