NCJ Inc is the BEST rental experience I have had in Richmond. Neville himself is extremely hands-on and accommodating, and I have had nothing but helpful and friendly interactions with Treena as well. I will continue to highly recommend them to anybody renting in Richmond!!

Service was better this trip. Lots of people outside for Julio and the Saltines. They were good but too cold for me outside.

My husband and I had the pleasure of living in one of their apartments for close to 6 years, and the only reason we moved was because we bought a house. Through our time here, we have communicated with Gwen, Treena, Neville, and the owner. All interactions have been pleasant and warm. The apartment itself was clean, safe and very cozy. Any maintenance request we've had was handled as quickly as needed, and they've always respected our space/schedule when it came time to have workers enter our home. Knowing and hearing what others have gone through with their own rental company in this city, we feel very fortunate that we found NCJ and this apartment. They are all so kind and responsive and we would recommend them to anyone looking.

Mike Alexander gave me a tour of one of his units this afternoon and it was an amazing experience. He had prompt and fair answers to every question I had, hastily met with me on the same day without hesitation, and represented NCJ in a professional and respectful manner.
