Management is ridiculous. They tried to charge my friend fees as if she could not read her leasing agreement and dispute the fees. She has mice, mold, Out dated appliances, trash all over her parking lot as well as the lawn, a tub that she can not use, and AC/heating issues. When she informs maintenance of the issues they say that they can only handle what management advises. Clean team is nonexistent because there is trash all over the property both inside and outside. The laundry room is so filthy that residence can not even use them. Residents are not respected and there concerns are overlooked.

I have a problem with my apt complex returning my phone calls and responding to emails. I cant get any assistance. All I got was excuses. Poor management and community staff.

Reached out to the regional manager for my apartment at The Current. Sent a detailed list of numerous issues Ive had over my short 5 month period of residency such as mice problems, unfinished and extremely delayed amenities (which she stated has been addressed through the many events organized by management such as a raffle.) loud construction, rude staff, inaccurate billing, and a multitude of other things. Not only did she disagree with some of my statements (not sure how she could possibly do that considering I live there and she doesnt) we concluded the call by her saying if I am unhappy I can leave and she will assist in that process. Management would rather lose a resident, expressing their dissatisfaction, than reassure or adequately make up for the consistently bad experience Ive had. After speaking with Loren Bazemore, I now see why all the previous reviews here are bad. Very disappointed.

I had leak in my upstairs bathroom. They fix the problem but the damage that was done to my ceiling downstairs in the living room wasnt fixed properly. The maintenance man sprayed paint it with a can of paint. Then my neighbors had a leak that flooded my kitchen, the hallway where my washer is located, and the hallway by the stairs. My floor is coming up all around the corners and edges. I had a I have had some other issues that I am demanded to pay for but havent seen a bill or a report of the finding that I am supposed pay. They went up on my rent and sent me a notice about it 3 days before I had to make a decision on weather I was staying or moving! Knowing if I left they would charge me for not giving a proper notice. I have sent the property manager a couple of emails with no response. I went outside to help my daughter get the groceries and she is out there in the pool! The residents that pay rent here have to make an appointment to get in the pool. While Sherriann Seal and the maintenance man swim in the pool! Millsprings Commons what a great community!
