Last January I contracted Sally to appraise some valuables that we inherited from our 89-year old world traveler mother. Turns out we were in luck, because Sally was every bit as professional and knowledgeable as you can expect. She communicates well (email and phone), drove to our house thus saving us the trouble of lugging all our flatware, serving ware and jewelry out of the house. worked very quickly and efficiently, and is clearly very experienced. I was amazed at how close she got with some rare old pieces. There was one piece from England that she promised to do further research and sure enough, she emailed later and gave me all the details that I wanted to hear. She's definitely someone whose opinion you can trust - A very satisfied customer.
