Warranty company sent them to repair our toilet which won't stop running. I had purchased the parts, and started the work, i.e., removed two of three bolts, the third of which was unable to be removed. Yeah, I unknowingly broke the rules. But, this guy's attitude, his lack of empathy for the fact I had to leave the toilet due to a recurrence of cancer. He starts telling me his unrelated problems, and then refused to do the work unless I paid him $200 under the table instead of the $95 service fee.

Contacted this company to repair a water leak between my hosue and the street. Paid a huge amount of money up front, never received and invoice, job was unsatisfactory. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

The company was sent out to our property by a home warranty company to look at a leaking toilet. The "technician" picked up some pieces, and put them back down. He said the pieces were put in wrong by someone else, and left. Obviously, this didn't fix the issue. Because of this, the home warranty company denied my claim, and I'm out $100. I called them to address they issue, and they, in short order, told me to pay $300 if I wanted my toilet actually fixed, which I highly doubt their ability to do in the first place. Basically, they said "Get F#$%ed." I'm currently in the process of filing complains with the warranty company, and hopefully a different - competent - plumber can take care of my issue. If you have a warranty company that sends these clowns out - DO NOT PAY THE DEDUCTIBLE UNTIL YOUR PROBLEM IS SOLVED.

Terrible work, terrible customer service. Use at your own peril! Called out to fix a water leak from tub spout gap, out $140 to replace spout and the plumber/owner wedged pipes behind the wall to create a tight fit for spout---that popped out the hot/cold water handles creating two new, bigger gaps that weren't there before. Left me with an unusable shower...and my bathroom very dirty. Unresponsive when we called/emailed about gaps they created and sending someone come back to resolve. Had to hire another *real* plumber to make my shower usable again.
