They should be ashamed of themselves for doing a transaction with someone that is severely entoxicated and clearly not in there right mind! Shame on you for not refusing service you literally bought an entire business from some one for 1500 while it's worth 10k. There should be a law against people like you conducting a transaction with an individual that is clearly not in their right mind.
