Dr Raman's office will cancel your appointment without any notice for a vacation. Doesn't matter the level of need of an active Cancer patient. No alternative option just learn when you get there with a 93 yr old patient. Incredibly difficult to find which office after alot of walking and all worthless! Change office location without notice as well. Unprofessional team all around.

An appointment here is meaningless! A 93 yr old active blood Cancer patient's long prepared for appt was just eliminated with no communication. After a 2 hr drive from DC & a wait of 6 months no solution for her was offered. Marilyn (the only person out front of 3 intake clerks who can handle this doctor) couldn't have been less concerned or empathetic. Claimed they called to cancel. We got zero call and the Doctor isnt sick, took a late vacation! Next appointment would be months away! We are done with this Doctor and Bon Secuors. Appt card doesn't even have the Suite # on it. A massive hospital you will walk around forever to find. Good luck as you will need alot for a merely professional experience here!
