Today I visited Office Max @White Oak. The young alay 'MJ' was getting off( probably was already) however she stopped to assure me with (my) the fax proceefure. It very comforting when your customer service Shines 5star. Thank you "MJ"

This store needs new management and their employees needs to be trained properly.I am angry that I have been to this store 3 times to purchase a custom stamp. Each time I was told that I would have to come back because the 2 managers (that know how to create the stamp) are gone for the day or offmeanwhile this employee is supposed to be in charge of the store, but she hasnt been trained on custom stamps. The employee kept telling me to come back the next day because I either missed the manager or they werent there (mind you, I live over 30 minutes away from the store and I told her that the first day and today). Today (Monday 6/19) was the last straw..the employee said that she told me the dates/times to come back and I didnt come (dont remember hearing that), so now I will have to come back on Thursday, Friday or Saturday to get the stamp because thats when the managers will be back at work. Smdh I definitely will not be purchasing it from them again and to think that I just placed a big online order at work from Office Max. Definitely wont be doing that again. Rather give it to another office supply company. Im so angry with Office Max because I needed this stamp asap.
