Dr. Ramsey did a wonderful job of providing me with a complete neurological evaluation after I experienced some spinal nerve compression issues. She referred me to Mary Blend at Richmond Physical Therapy for physical therapy work which has been extremely helpful in alleviating some shoulder and neck pain I had been experiencing. Would recommend Dr. Ramsey to any one seeking an evaluation of their neurological issues.

Dr. Ramsey took my concerns seriously and spent an extensive amount of time interviewing me, reviewing my files, and assessing me. She treated me with respect and kindness despite that I am not an easy patient (though I do my best!) Additionally, and perhaps even more importantly, she also very clearly knows her stuff - there are things that she investigated that others missed, and she made a change to my pain meds that makes me feel like I've gotten my life back. I am very grateful to her for all of this, and without reservation recommend her.

I first met Dr. Ramsey when I was hospitalized at Parham Doctors Hospital with a serious neurological illness. She studied my case, interviewed me at length, and determined the best course of treatment. She has continued to see me following my discharge, and has monitored my progress closely. She has assisted me in every way, including making adjustments to medications. She always takes time to listen to my concerns. I would recommend Dr. Ramsey without reservation to anyone needing neurological care.

Dr. Mary Beth Ramsey is the best doctor I've ever seen. She doesn't take your trust for granted and will make a sincere effort to find answers to your questions. If she doesn't know the answer at the moment she will do the research and actually fallow up with you. I have personally experienced doctors who just want to find a billable code for the insurance company then move on to the next chart/patient you won't experience that with her. Thank you Dr. Ramsey for holding on to the passion and drive to keep learning and growing in your chosen specialty of neurology it reflects in your patient care and it's very obvious that your reputation with your fellow colleagues is top notch too. I say that because not one but two of my doctors referred me to you. One of them being a neurologist himself the other one Dr. Yaoming Gu didn't hesitate for a moment as to whom I needed to see to get help and answers for my complex, undiagnosed medical condition that was quickly destroying my body. I'm extremely grateful to have you as my doctor. You have restored my trust and faith in the medical community that I thought was gone forever. I am forever thankful
