They've just renovated recently with nicer and more comfortable seats. Sometimes the front desk workers are not friendly, however the servers are always polite. I'll order popcorn sometimes, but it's always not warm. This is still my favorite theater to see movies.

Let me start by saying Im not someone who constantly bashes businesses online for fun.
That said I wasnt impressed with what I experienced. I had never been here before prior to this visit. Our movie was at 5:00, we arrived at 4:45. When I asked if we would be served at our seats as advertised I was made aware I needed to be a minimum of 30 minutes early to have that done. Nowhere on their website, through an email, or on a sign was this pointed out. Youre left to just guess that that is the case. We then went to the bar to order our food and drinks. Once there we were not waited on for almost 15 minutes. The kitchen was also empty except for 1 staff member. Upon looking at the menu the prices were very high, a soda was $8, and a burger was $20. My girlfriend and I chose to leave at this point. Money wasted on tickets. This was a special occasion for us and I felt as if I didnt want to be anywhere near the place. Upon leaving there was no staff anywhere near the front desk. I wanted to voice my concerns politely and wasnt able to do so. There were 2 other groups of people at the bar/lobby who were complaining about lack of staff and good service. Its hard to say if Ill give it another try, this wasnt a pleasant experience.
