Very unprofessional. They gave my Medicare number to a fraudulent collection agency which is now harassing me. I had one telephone visit with someone who was supposed to be “therapist” , but said he was not. My PCP referred me to this service.

DO NOT see Renu, save your money. She is the worst psychiatrist I’ve ever had, I thought it was my social anxiety as to why I always become extremely anxious when I would meet with her but that was not it. She is not a good listener. She always asks the same exact question multiple times even back to back on occasion. She made me feel like I was telling her the wrong symptoms I was experiencing or something I felt like I was on trial. Not warm at all, very monotone. I don’t feel ad though I made much process with the 4ish months I was seeing her.

I have never encountered more a difficult or frustrating process of just getting my first appointment. My emails with the person trying to schedule me were so unhelpful and unprofessional. I had THREE scheduled appointments get cancelled and rescheduled due to various reasons, one of them being because it was input incorrectly. I was just called TWO hours before my appointment for them to tell my it was cancelled and I need to reschedule AGAIN. I have already asked my job for these times off to get this appointment. Be prepared to have apparently the most flexible schedule ever to work with them!!!

To be honest this place doesn’t deserve any stars. Refusing service and refilling meds for my daughter because of technical problems with your doxy and telehealth. My daughter did not miss her appts due to not showing up. We were on both calls with Ms. Modelfino whom works from home. At both appts because we kept losing connection Ms. Modelfino said she would call us via phone but never called. I have both phone logs for my phone as well as my daughters and there were no calls from Modelfino on neither one of those appts. Furthermore, Ms Modelfino doesn’t talk to my daughter other than “how are you doing”? “Do you want to harm yourself”? That is all she says to my daughter on all of her appts other than that she talks to the parent whom is not the patient. Modelfino has also refused to fill my daughters prescriptions which in turn has caused my daughter to have suicidal thoughts at school. Last week the school called to tell me about what my daughter was saying so I called Good Neighbor and told them and they still refused to fill my daughters prescriptions. If you are going to refuse service because of your negligence then you are required to fill meds until the patient gets another psychiatrist. Good Neighbor is not a good place to take your children for treatment especially for refusing to refill meds when they had there appt with the patient. Unprofessional, lack of communication, lies and covers up for there psychiatrist. I do not recommend them to no one
