In my experience working with the people at Hawkeye Spas I found they were unable to perform the most basic business steps. They did not meet deadlines, where insensitive to the situation they put me in, and deceitful. It took an inordinate amount of effort on my part to get results. I complained and asked for a discount to make up for the work I had to do. The furious and hostile attitude that followed was unbelievable and by far the worst customer treatment I have experienced in my life. I paid the bill in full as demanded. Stay clear of this organization.

I bought the Odyssey hot tub and I had to take the time here to write a good Hawkeye Spas review on the Odyssey. I have been thoroughly impressed with it’s performance especially with the neck and shoulder therapy collars. They are outstanding! Both Collars have 3 jets each dedicated to neck and shoulders. My old spa didn’t have this, and I am extremely happy I elected to include this option in my new spa. If anyone is reading this, and is unsure about hot tub features, make sure you get at least one therapy collar. Well worth it, and there’s way more pressure dedicated to the above water jets in the collars than I thought there would be. This is truly an amazing feature. It relieves tension in my neck, and is the ultimate form of relaxation for me that I never had before.
