    The sales associates were really rude to deal with. They were very snobby for a company that is about to go under. It seemed like it was a great inconvenience for them to have a paying customer. Very high pressure sales, did not want to let me just look around. The prices are still very high for a company that is "liquidating." Will NOT be shopping there again.

    We had a good experience at this store; the salesperson (Talbot) was very friendly and helpful in helping us pick out a mount and some wedding bands. Other customers seemed to be having a good time too!

    I recently got engaged and was given a beautiful rose gold engagement ring. The ring was too big, so I had it resized at another jeweler. The ring fit after that, but due to the cold weather, it felt a little loose and had started spinning. I googled it, and saw that most people recommended a ring guard. I called Capri since it was nearby to see if they sold the plastic ones, and they said no but they had the metal ones. So I stopped in and told the sales lady that I was the one that had called about a ring guard. She asked for my ring and said that it would be $10 to have one put on. She said nothing else and asked no other questions about how my ring was fitting. She went into the back and spend several minutes putting the ring guard on. When she came out it had made it way too small, and she said I needed to get it resized. I told her it was already resized, and said the issue was just my finger being smaller during the winter months. She then offered to loosen the ring guard, but that really didn't do much and I didn't like the look of it so I had her take it off. When she handed it back, I noticed the it was scratched in several places where the ring guard had been.I pointed out that it was scratched, and she asked her manager if they could polish it out. The manager looked at me and asked who had put the ring guard on, not realizing it was her own employee. She said that it would have to be sent out, and I told them to give me back my ring because I did not want them to have it anymore. At no point prior to the ring guard going on did she ask me any questions about the ring or explain what putting a ring guard on would entail. Never did she apologize and the manager was very short with me. I took my ring back to Schwarzchild where they were very friendly and understanding.

    My fiance and I were looking for a jeweler we could use for years. We wanted to find a place we could rely on and build a relationship with. Capri is not the place. Their manager doesn't seem the slightest bit concerned with providing good customer service. We bought my Henri Daussi engagement ring and wedding band from there back in April, and recently went back in to look at a wedding band for my fiance. He's very specific about what he wants, and they didn't seem knowledgeable or concerned about what he wanted. They kept trying to talk him into different things. Aware that we knew about the sale they had going on, they quoted us a price. $2850 for a satin finish 10mm men's wedding band. Which is more than double my designer band with almost 50 nearly perfectly cut diamonds in it. We were also very upset that the manager, who knows who we are, didn't so much as say hello to us. We spent $11,000 on my set back in April and felt that a handshake would have been appropriate. Luckily the girl that sold the ring to us had texted us a few months back to tell us she quit and started working at Adolph Jewelers which was an absolutely wonderful experience. What we wanted from Capri, we got from Adolph.

    About a month ago I went to Capri to look for an engagement ring. I have been everywhere.....every store in Richmond....and DC....Capri is definitely the only one with a lot of selections by FAR..... The sales person and the manager were very helpful. They didn't treat me like I was wasting their time. Other stores made me feel that way because I had so many questions and concerns. They went through the process with me and explained everything.......they were so helpful. I bought the ring and was very very happy with the service. I definitely recommend CAPRI to all my friends...... Awesome service for sure !!!!!!
