My truck was hit by one of their clients about two weeks ago and the claims department is dragging their feet. I was told by the policy holder that according to the claims agent, he's supposedly been trying to get ahold of me for awhile, yet i haven't received any calls from him. Very unprofessional and dishonest, don't invest money into this company because apparently they won't help. They didn't even send an adjuster I've been patiently waiting on a response from this insurance company and still no word.

The WORST insurance company EVER. I had purchased a Premium 12M Auto policy in May 2014. I sold my vehicle in February 2015 but I thought it's no big deal I didn't want to ask for a refund. I noticed last year that there was a $115 sent to collections (Receivables Management Systems). I went ahead and paid it in March 2020 because it was taking too much time and stress dealing with them, but it still on my credit report until now. I have spoken with RMS and I was told they don't remove it off my credit even though it's paid now. I am in the process of purchasing a house and I have to deal with these two nasty companies that I hope they go out of business soon. DO NOT SUPPORT THEM by doing business with them!!!
