Farmers Insurance - Alexander Riddick

Signed up in 2020 with farmers through this agent. Policy went up 200% and he didn’t even bother to call me or reply to my emails or calls. One time he did reply he tried to say it hit his spam filter. So i tried sending messages even threaten cancelling my homeowners policy through the farmers portal message app which he definitely should have gotten those emails but no response. I sent him a certified letter to cancel my policy no response. I ended up calling farmers 800 number to cancel all policies when they asked why i said you should try calling your agent because he doesn’t pickup the phone or respond and i refuse to deal with simone like this especially when you jack my rates up with no reason or explanation. I signed up for insurance elsewhere. Seems like he's just your typical sales guy; got the mullet (customer) hook, line and sinker, and then disappeared. We would NOT recommend him or his services.

Had originally signed up through Farmers Insurance, Alexander Riddick as the agent back in Oct 2018. We recently refinanced our home and tried calling our "AGENT" Mr. Riddick to transfer the policy to our new lender. Left NUMEROUS voicemails and even called Farmers Corporate to try and track down some assistance. They were not even tracking we had a policy and it was apparently sold to another agency in a different state with no notification to us. Seems like he's just your typical sales guy; got the mullet (customer) hook, line and sinker, and then disappeared. We would NOT recommend him or his services.

This guy was our agent for a year and a half and I never heard from him again once the original policy was in place. I have left countless emails, calls, and voicemails trying to get ahold of this guy and he never responded. Since we are moving, the lender needs an insurance policy quote on the new house and it has been an absolute nightmare trying to get ahold of this guy. Eventually, we just had to go with other agents to do all of the work and still to this day have not heard from him. I can’t speak to his personality or anything like that (I’m sure he’s a nice guy) but unfortunately it is literally impossible to get ahold him.
