Jeremy Rowan did a fantastic job when he inspected my home. He was professional and knowledgeable. He allowed me to follow him during the inspection and explained all his findings. His report was thorough and listed all items that needed to be corrected. The appointment process was quick and he was on time for the appointment. Best of all, his price was very affordable: $200 less than the local average. Thankfully, Jeremy Rowan served as an expert witness in a trial concerning a contractor who botched a roofing job at my property. His testimony was professional and credible.
