We had such a great experience with Robert at Pillar to Post. We are first time home buyers and this was our first home inspection. Robert took the time to walk us through all of the things he was checking, shared his concerns with us in problem areas, and answered all of our questions. We were not able to be there for the inspection, but the written report was very useful. The telephone followup talked us through all our questions. Even days later we got very prompt replies to a question or two. Information we asked for was emailed within minutes. We feel they will keep helping us make good decisions in the weeks to come.
