I would give this place a 0 as a place to work and to receive care from. Do not work here and put your license on the line with this place, it’s not worth it. Illegal orders being written and illegal care to pts performed without me order. No communication or teamwork. Other clinicians stating they saw the pt and chart they did and never went out. Absolutely the worst place.

Paradise needs to have better structure. It lacks communication skills all around. Some of the employees lack proper equipment. Training needs to be improved on treatments of patients. Scheduling is never consistant. The employees contradict each other on how to do things, so at times can get very confusing. There was one really great speech therapist, Trish, that we didn’t want to lose, but due to many negative experiences, we cancelled their services.

Rare is the company that combines capability, compassion and community in all they do, but Paradise Home Care does just that. My parents needed a comprehensive nursing agency that could address multiple health issues in the home- - -designed to meet their unique needs. The Paradise staff was there for us every step of the way. Whether it was getting my Dad to his Doc appointment, or making sure my parents were taking their medication correctly. There is no substitute for family, but Paradise comes close. Our caregivers Lena and Lisa have been wonderful, and a great addition to our family…we can’t thank them enough.
