Woman was very disrespectful did not want us in there because we were not wearing masks make comments to other guests that made us feel uncomfortable so we left

We attempted to go here several times. Each time the were "closed". Several of those times the hours posted on the door meant they should be open. The staff simply explained they had decided to close early. Unacceptable.

Walked in today. Place was empty. 1 blond with black roots sitting in stylist chair playing with her phone. I waited 3 minutes and said excuse me, any work here. She didn't even look up. I left went next door got lil Caesars and sat in car for about 5 more minutes. Then noticed her walking around shop doing nothing. What a waste of a business. Never will do any fantastic sams again. Hopefully they'll go out of business and some other people who want to provide a needed service can use that spot in the shopping center.

I cut my hair on Wednesday @5 pm appointment. The cut was not perfect and also when I come I saw some hair didnt cut back and side and in my dress there was somebody hair
