Bad For Business, Upon hire I agreed upon a certain amount then after 90 days $1 more. Well to my shocking I was misinformed by the H.R lady. The pass house director hired me before he resigned suddenly after. I remained with the company over 90 days and communicated with my supervisor as well as the lady handling H.R. I had been speaking with the H.R lady on more then one occasion about my dollar increase after 90 days. I was told I would see it on my next pay. Looking at that next pay check it still was my starting pay wage. I followed chain of command and was passed down to the next person, including the owner stating she didn't know nothing. My problem was I had been in communications about my pay increase along with trying to get direct deposit in which they do paper checks. "Big inconvenience". I get told 3 reasons as to why I will not receive a pay increase by the H.R lady; 1.) The House director is no longer there that hired me, so she don't know nothing. 2.) I don't have a college degree, but yet I was hired off a HS diploma and a total of 7 yrs experience in the field 3.) My attendance in which were doctors excused for real deal issues that prohibited me. The H.R lady changed my pay on a wage agreement that I signed as well. After all this the only offer I got from the owner was a unsigned check with my dollar increase in pay with exchange of a resignation for that. I worked hard through all the un-organization and no structure just to resign in exchange from my $1 increase. I am still not understanding what does the director that hired me leaving had anything to do with anything. This was my experience unfortunately.
