        High fructose corn syrup in many of the prepared food items. Why? We baked the meatloaf anyway and it was so coagulated with grease that it sickened us. I threw it out.

        Check expiration dates! Moldy fruits is sadly common ( N. Parham location) I am wondering what I am getting at the meat department? I picked up three items all are old. Expiration of last year was the last straw I just had to walk out. Fresh bread should not be hard as a brick. Their baked goods you can trust but are they using fresh ingredients? Lots of folks standing around too.

        Theyre putting sourdough in the deli/bakery section French baguette bread and Italian artisan bread. Who does that? Just because there is sourdough bread in Europe doesnt mean you have to start putting it in EVERY kind of bread. There is something called recipe authenticity. Im really tired of this trend and Im seeing it at other places too now. Also, some of the Italian artisan loafs are an undercooked off-white color instead of the golden brown color that they should be when properly baked. Please educate yourselves on how to make French and Italian style artisan breads.
