Snotty employees. I walked in at 5:50, not thinking they would close at 6 on a weekday. And the the lady stops me at the door with a whiney, annoying, voice and said We close at 6pmmmmmmmm, so. Ok, well that gives me 10 minutes to look then. Its funny that a retail sales person can act like they are better than you because they work at Saks. As far as Im concerned, youre no better than someone that works at Dollar General. Same job, same pay, just different atmosphere.

0 stars !!!!! Super super disappointed with the customer service at this location ! I came in to look for a gift and was not helped at all ! From the perfume counter , handbags, nor womens shoe section. I got stared at , no hello , no assistance what so ever ! Ive never experienced anything like this at a luxury store. I will not be returning back to this location and thats sad considering Richmond doesnt have any high end stores smh.
