Single best medical facility I have ever been to. Brassington is great, the other doctors are great and the staff is so friendly. They are so accommodating and most importantly they make teeth look amazing without bankrupting you. Plus flexible locations and easy scheduling. Highly recommended this group for any and all orthodontic needs. I am a repeat customer (teen to adult) and Brassington is still THE man!

Their medical practice is outstanding but they surely don't communicate or follow up very well. I work a very busy schedule where for which I have no wiggle room. I called THE PATTERSON OFFICE number to make an appointment Wednesday for Friday; today is Friday. Apparently their phones transfer from office to office if no one answers????? Innsbrook picked up the phone and answered, "hello Patterson Office" I scheduled an appointment for this morning for which I was never told innsbrook office. Showed up at Patterson today at 8am. No doctor there. Now I have to wait even longer and beg my bosses for more hours off. :(
