An absolutely phenomenal lawyer! From the moment I called Samantha, I knew I'd made the right decision. She went straight to the punch, knew exactly what she needed from me and everything I needed to do, and left me without even an instant of uncertainty about my decision to trust in her. She responded speedily to me throughout the entire process and left me feeling fully reassured at every juncture. She got my Reckless Driving charge-- which is a criminal offense in VA and could have resulted in up to 2,500 in fines and up to a year in jail-- down to an Improper Driving charge, which carries the least points of any moving violation in Virginia. I've had the pleasure to work with Samantha on three occasions. Getting a speeding ticket is never a fun experience, but she handled each case with careful discernment and smart strategies that totally eased my worries. She was completely candid about her expectations and even let me know that she wasn't sure if she would be able to accomplish much for me. However, in each of the 3 cases, she was able to achieve the best possible results. In 2019, I got a speeding ticket with 12 points on my license and she got it dismissed for a flat fee of $400. I had to go to 12 hours of driving school too (which cost $150) but it was a breeze. I would have gotten my license suspended without her! Then in 2021, I got 2 speeding tickets within a month of each other. She represented me on both for a flat fee of $600. Even though one was in a school zone and we weren't sure if the judge would be lenient, she managed to get both tickets dismissed with driving school. Overall, Samantha has saved me so much time, stress, and money. I would absolutely recommend her to anyone who gets a speeding ticket in the Richmond area.
