Brush Up Dental

Dr. Lipscomb is really a great person. He is caring and invested in dentistry and his patients dental health. I would absolutely trust Dr. Lipscomb with my dental health.

I was contacted by Christina to change my appointment from 8am to 9am. I returned her call & she said that the appointment had changed 9am due to no correspondence from me, which I was alright with. She called a couple of days later asking to change the appointment back to 8am, which I agreed to. When I got to the office I was told my appointment had been switched back to 9am. It goes without saying how frustrating it is to have fielded these calls, agreed to a appointment time, & not have that info shared with the office's front desk or made available to them. I've normally had good visits here but they botched this 100%.
