LL Flooring (Lumber Liquidators) Corporate Headquarters

Similar to others, I have had a very frustrating and poor experience dealing with LL to get flooring issues addressed that are covered under warranty. No return calls or follow ups from case managers and requests to have a supervisor call me back. It has been multiple weeks of no response, and I call every week, sometimes twice a week. My next step will definitely be legal action. I'll be scheduling that call with my attorney today. Absolutely would not recommend this company! LL--There is no need following up with your canned response to call or email on this review.

I paid in full over 12K for vinyl flooring and installation. I had a situation to arise and was unable to have flooring done in the immediate future so I cancelled the order on February 12, 2024 and asked for my money be returned. When I requested this, the store employee told me the refund had to come from corporate and it would take 10 to 14 days before I would receive the check via mail. It has now been a month and no refund yet. I called after 14 days and was told the corporate office had sent an email stating they were delaying sending out checks for a week and the clerk said corporate didn't say the reason for the delay. So I checked back a week later, I was told the check had gone out on February 23, which was 3 days before I was told they weren't issuing payments for another week. I have continuously called the store that I have dealt with for updated information pertaining to my situation. I have also called the corporate office several times and left several messages on their voice mail, because they never answer the phone, and have not received any calls back. I never received the flooring, never had an installer to come to my house either. I shouldn't have to wait on my refund. The local store keeps telling me it's at the post office. I have checked the post office, they don't have a check for me from this company. I recommend people to stay as far away from LL Flooring as possible. They have cheated me out of over 12K. No way to run a business, this company has no integrity! They care zero for the customer. All they care about is cheating people out of their money. I have already spoken to an attorney and looks like I have no choice but to seek the legal action against this flooring company. It's no wonder this company is on the verge of bankruptcy.

We purchased "lifetime , waterproof and scratch proof, flooring" for our residence and one of our rental properties. We were very adamant about nothing made in China. Because our contractractor picked up the flooring, we had no idea all the boxes were made in China until your installers Arrived. The boxes had been stored in our downstairs. I sent pictures to 3 different people until "Jamie " was assigned to me. I emailed and called her to no avail. When I would ask for her supervisor, I would get a return call. She changed her story all 3 times. Finally she informed nothing was covered and not to call her again. So we have to replace our 1000+ Sq ft ourselves and pay for installation as well. And what do we do with the 19 boxes which we would not dare to put in our rental property? By the way the floor hasn't even been down 2 years yet! So much for lifetime warranties and customer service. I would like to know why you have responded to every review but mine

Extremely poor customer service, the flooring was literally falling apart as it was being installed. i was told to leave what was installed so far until resolution and i would hear back in 2-5 days, its been 10 and will have to wait thru another weekend now. all i'm told is only the case manager can speak to me. Case manager Jamie has yet to accept a call. I have sent photos and more photos, messages and more, called and called. amazing these people are still in business
