Im giving this two stars only because the owner is a nice, friendly man. And Im a nice person. But clearly Im unhappy with the service I received. Im here to warn any people of color from going here. I had a wrist tattoo removed (was quoted at 8 sessions at $100 a pop. It ended up taking about 15 and like a year and a half. I lost count. He did stop charging me after I mentioned we were on the 9th session.) The biggest issue is the hyperpigmentation Ive experienced. My skin started turning white around session 5 or 6. I was told that it was normal and would come back. I had to stop my sessions with him because I moved to another state. I went to a dermatologist to ask about the hyperpigmentation and was immediately told that the color was never coming back. It might work for Caucasian skin, but the lasers used had permanently damaged my melanated skin. So. This is a caution for people of color: Find a technician who is adept at treating melanated skin. This is not the place for you unless you want the color fried out of your skin. Service: Laser tattoo removal

The owner is knowledgeable and patient! Hes been in business for a decade and he wants to make SURE his patients are informed before they have removal. He explains the process in GREAT detail and hes also very kind. The process wasnt as painful as Id thought and Im so glad I found this place! I got 2 small tattoos treated and Ill be back for my next sessions eager for progress. Definitely go here if youre thinking of getting anything removed!
