The Clock Shop Of Richmond, Ltd

I visited the Clock Shop today with a clock I had purchased from Pier 1. Since Pier 1 is no longer the same, I would not be able to replace it. They fixed it while I waited and the lady, I believe her name was Anna, was one of the nicest people I have had the pleasure of meeting. Great job and wonderful place! I recommend highly. Thank you Clock Shop for giving me back my precious clock!!!

Amazing service and so nice! I had an old Herman Miller wall clock that belonged to my grandparents and I brought the clock to them many years ago to look at and they never gave up on trying to bring it back to life. They were so patient and took great care of it while in their care, I can't thank them enough! When I went to pick it up today, Anna was awesome and so helpful! I will most definitely be back and they will be my go to clock shop!! :-) Thank you so much again!

Aaron, Anna, and the rest of the gang who work there are extremely knowledgeable about clock repair and provide fantastic service. Most importantly, they are nice, friendly and honest people!!
