Makes appointments for vehicles that are on line but, not in inventory! Waste of time and gas travelingto location, false advertising, leading customers to come to location under false pretenses. Not happy at all!!!!

Went here and wasnt even acknowledged! Lots of people waiting, and not enough service. Purchased a car somewhere else.

I have never had a problem with them but I would definitely advise bringing your own mechanic or someone who is car knowledgeable before purchasing they also have kill switches in the cars for failure to pay so if money is going to be an issue I would not purchase a car from here. They offer state inspections for free and can do SOME repairs but they won't cover all of them. The actual investment company is the ones you have to worry about.

Very rude and unprofessional. We filled out an online financing pre-approval form complete with what we had available for a down payment, we were then called by a representative that told us we qualified and that we should drive over an hour to the Midlothian location. Upon arrival the Sales person was very rude and dismissive of us, he was not helpful at all, insisted that we lie about our employment history on the credit application, and then proceeded to inform us that to be approved we would have to pay $1,400 more than we had already been told we needed to pay before we made the trip up here. Terrible experience, and from what I can tell most of their online testimonials are fabricated because they did not come close to joining up with our experience. If I could give zero stars I would.
