Worst experience. I went in only for straighten hair and was told 300 dollars for total. Since I did it twice in other places for 200 dollars, I knew they overcharge me. But I was already there, I thought maybe they provide service in good quality. Nothing special happened and the place was dirty and noisy. When I was checking out, they required 300 dollars in cash or check. Besides, they asked for at least 10%-15% tip extra. I wouldn't tip more than 10 dollars because this is overcharged already. Finally, I tipped 10 dollars, the shop owner and the receptionist rolled their eyes and let me go.

I had an image I had saved on my phone for months of this beautiful silver/grey hair. I am a brunette and knew the process of getting this color- I would have to bleach my hair- then have it dyed. Every salon I called in the area either couldn't do it or considered it a color reversal. I came to Vy Vy's & saw Kiki and she rocked it! My hair looked just like the picture I had shown her. She also is great at all the fun wild colors- pink, teals, etc. Come see her if you want to try something fun!

Horrible place and experience. Lady name is Cindy is terrible.. she doesn't know how to cut hair. She doesn't speak English at all. Any instructions to her was useless... find other one not Cindy. Just wasted my $20
