From the tellers to loan officers everyone takes pride in their work! Mrs. Lynn McNeal stayed past her time to get my loan documentation together.... Awesome work !!!

        First I like the friendliness of staff when I enter into the bank. The staff knows who we are and handle our business with confidentiality. They assist when trying to obtain loans and there is not prolong waiting period to know the outcome. I really love 1st advantage federal credit union. I have been a faithful member since 1990.

        I've used 1st advantage for a car loan. once I paid it off i was told it should only be a 2 week process to receive the title to the vehicle. I called on Monday of this week (about 20 days after I paid off the car) still no title in the mail.
