BEWARE!! The owner of Cha Chas now owns Society Social Club. Posting this here because they share same owners and Security Team. Saturday, February 5th, 2018 @1AM. I am a African American Male who walked into Cha Chas with my fiance (White Female) and my other White male friend.(I'm making sure I include everybody's race since at Cha Chas thats all they care about) Me and my friends been in there for less than 3mins. The bouncers were kicking another group out the bar right next to us while we were orderind drinks. In the process, they pushed my fiance. I tried to protect her from falling on the ground and from hitting her head on the counter. Less than a minute after, I was getting SHOCKED from behind by the security guard (WHITE MALE, SHORT BLOND HAIR ABOUT 6FT) The one who pushed my fiance to the GROUND. I was caught by surprise and confused. I didn't know what to do but just fought my way out the chokehold while trying to understand what was going, then the other security guard tried to break the fight by putting me In a CHOKEHOLD and ripping my dressed shirt. At the end they were a totally of 3 to 4 people wrestling with me. While this whole situation was happening, my fiance was pushed in the ground, BLEEDING from her knees. I was pushed outside by the security guards. Leaving my fiance distress and crying, trying to understand why/how Chachas would treat ANY OF THEIR CUSTOMERS that vulgar. Let an innocent man being choked for NO valid reason. I demand justice and demand answers. I didn't deserve this. These people need to be held accountable for their actions. 10/28/2018 since this review (by the way seen by almost 700 people) the owner of Cha Chas as yet to resolve this issue, he refuses to speak to my lawyer or settle the case. That tells you a lot about his character and dignity. I will continue to tell my truth and spread about Cha Chas until this case is solved. Cha Chas and Society are now own by the same owner. So be careful (People of color). 5/7/19 still nothing from them.
