They make up lies, say that they tried to reach you and could not. They waited one time til almost school dismissal time to call and let me know they wouldnt be getting the kids because there was a positive covid case when they knew the entire day. They are very rude and disrespectful. They will say things are in the handbook that are not. They make up the cdc guidelines..for instance they tried to tell me that if anyone in the house has a cough we all need to quarantine and they had to shut the daycare because my son had a cough (never attended daycare with the cough) but since his sister went to the daycare they had to close and wont be open next week. I informed them that there was no known exposure and my son was cleared by a medical professional to go back to school. His sister is in school. Both the school and doctors say we are following CDC guidelines as well as my employment but this daycare is making up there own rules saying they are following the cdc guidelines because they dont want to be open. You can even look on the CDC website and see that what this daycare is telling people Is NOT ACCURATE...DONT BELIEVE THEIR LIES...They have shut down twice unexpectedly in two months. It is ridiculous. I would find other means of childcare if you plan to keep your job.
